Tecia Pelling is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Leadership organization and currently serves in the role as the Connections Pastor at Real Life Christian Church. With a ministry career spanning over 20 years, Tecia brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for developing leaders and cultivating thriving teams.
Tecia is passionately committed to helping others, especially women, unlock and embrace their God-given potential. As a dynamic catalyst for change, she inspires and empowers individuals to lead with unwavering confidence and a clear sense of purpose. She is passionate about utilizing her gifts to train leaders and foster environments where individuals and teams thrive.
